Subscription rates are for issues of the current year and the year immediately preceding. All other prior issues can be purchased as back numbers.

Subscriptions are payable strictly in advance by certified check, manager's/cashier's check, official check, draft, PPC Postal Money Order, or cash in Philippine or United States currency and remitted to the National Printing Office by registered mail. Personal checks are not accepted in payment for subscription or publication fee.

All letters and payments of subscription should be addressed to the Director of National Printing Office.

Claims for missing numbers must be made immediately upon receipt of the following number.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER
PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS
AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 05-341 (s. 2005) and Resolution No. 08-445 (s. 2008), and Resolution No. 10-543 (s. 2010) of the PEZA Board of Directors, the SM City Rosario I.T. Center with a gross floor area of 57,559 square meters, more or less, established on a parcel of land located at Barangay Tejero, Rosario, Cavite, containing an area of Fifty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Nine (54,889) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
