Sec. 47. Springfield court of appeals contingent expense.There is hereby appropriated out of the state revenue fund, for the contingent expense of the Springfield court of appeals, the sum of one thousand two hundred sixty dollars and one cent ($1,260.01), as follows:

Sewer tax, Springfield normal.—There is hereby appropriated out of the state revenue fund, for the payment of special tax bill, for the construction of sewer, in which district is located the fourth district normal school, at Springfield, Missouri, the sum of four thousand nine hundred and three dollars and fiftysix cents ($4,903.56), as follows:

Sec. 49. Warehouse commissioner.-There is hereby appropriated out of the state revenue fund, for the salary and expense of the warehouse commissioner, the sum of six thousand seven hundred sixty-seven dollars and fifty-eight cents ($6,767.58), as follows:
