Sec. 3b. State hospital No. 1, Fulton-appropriation U. S. war claim. There is hereby appropriated out of any money that may be collected from the United States Government, as claim of state hospital No. 1, for damages done during the civil war, the sum of fourteen thousand dollars, ($14,000) more or less, for the support and maintenance of said hospital and out of which shall be paid the expenses incurred by said hospital for the collection of said claim.

Sec. 4. For support state hospital No. 2, St. Joseph.-There is hereby appropriated out [of] the state treasury, chargeable to state hospital No. 2 fund, of money arising from payment into the state treasury by the treasurer or other financial officer of said institution in pursuance of the requirement of section 2 of an act entitled: "An act establishing special funds for the penal and eleemosynary institutions of the state, providing for the payment of certain moneys therein, and for other purposes," approved March 9, 1893, for the support and maintenance of said institution for the years 1915 and 1916, the sum of six hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($650,000.00) or as much thereof as may be necessary.

Sec. 5. State hospital No. 2, St. Joseph.-For the "state hospital No. 2" at St. Joseph, the sum [of] one hundred and twentyeight thousand five hundred [dollars] ($128,500.00), as follows: Salaries...

All money appropriated in the preceding sections shall be used for the purposes enumerated; and any liability or debt incurred in excess of the amount herein appropriated shall be charge-, able to the person or persons authorizing or incurring the same.

Sec. 7a. State hospital No. 4, Farmington-deficiency.For the purpose of meeting the deficiency of 1913 and 1914, caused by said hospital No. 4 not having sufficient funds in the state treasury on December 31st, 1914, to pay the amount due on support for the month of December, 1914, the money collected in December 1914, was remitted to the state treasurer on January 2, 1915, and there is hereby appropriated out of the state hospital No. 4 fund, the further sum of three thousand four hundred seventy-six dollars and thirty-three cents ($3,476.33).

Sec. 8. For support state hospital No. 4, Farmington.— There is hereby appropriated out of the state treasury, chargeable to the state hospital No. 4 fund, of the money arising from the payment into the state treasury by the treasurer or other financial officer of said institution, in pursuance of the requirement of section 2 of an act entitled "An act establishing special funds for the penal and eleemosynary institutions of the state, providing for the payment of certain moneys therein, and for other purposes, approved March 9, 1893, for the support and maintenance of said institutions for the years 1915 and 1916, the sum of four hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($450,000.00), or as much thereof as may be necessary.

Sec. 9. State hospital No. 4, Farmington. For the "state hospital No. 4" at Farmington, the sum of one hundred and seventeen thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars ($117,750.00), as follows:

There is hereby appropriated out of the state treasury, chargeable to the colony for the feeble-minded and epileptic fund, of the money arising from the payment into the state treasury by the treasurer or other financial officer of said institution, in pursuance of the requirements of section 2 of an act entitled "An act establishing special funds for the penal and eleemosynary institutions of the state, providing for the payment of certain moneys therein and for other purposes," approved March 9, 1893, for the support and maintenance of said institution for the years 1915 and 1916 the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary.

Sec. 11. Colony for the feeble-minded and epileptic, Marshall. For the "colony for the feeble-minded and epileptic” at Marshall, the sum of three hundred forty-three thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($343,250.00), as follows:
