Sec. 12. For support industrial home for girls, Chillicothe. —There is hereby appropriated out of the state treasury chargeable to the industrial home for girls fund, of the money arising from the payment into the state treasury by the treasurer or other financial officer of said institution, in pursuance of the requirement of section 2 of an act entitled "An act establishing special fund for the penal and eleemosynary institutions, of the state, providing for the payment of certain moneys therein and for other purposes,' approved March 9, 1893, for the support and maintenance of said institution for the years 1915 and 1916, the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary.

Sec. 13. Industrial home for girls, Chillicothe. For the “industrial home for girls" at Chillicothe, the sum of one hundred twenty-six thousand and four hundred dollars ($126,400.00), as follows:

All money appropriated in the preceding sections shall be used for the purposes enumerated; and any liability or debt incurred in excess of the amount herein appropriated shall be chargeable to the person or persons authorizing or incurring the same.

Sec. 14. For support training school for boys, Boonville.There is hereby appropriated out of the state treasury, chargeable to the training school for boys fund, of the money arising from the payment into the state treasury by the treasurer or other financial officer of said institution, in pursuance of the requirement of section 2 of an act entitled, "An act establishing special funds for the penal and eleemosynary institutions of the state, providing for the payment of certain moneys therein and for other purposes," approved March 9, 1893, for the support and maintenance of said institution for the years 1915 and 1916, the sum of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00), or so much thereof as may be

necessary.

Sec. 15. Training school for boys, Boonville. For the "training school for boys" at Boonville, the sum of one hundred fifty-two thousand seven hundred dollars ($152,700.00), as follows: Salaries....

Sec. 16. For support confederate soldiers' home, Higginsville. There is hereby appropriated out of the state treasury, chargeable to the confederate soldiers' home fund, out of the money arising from the payment into the state treasury by the treasurer or other financial officer of said institution, in pursuance of the requirements of section 2 of an act entitled "An act establishing special funds for the penal and eleemosynary institutions of the state, providing for the payment of certain moneys therein and other purposes," approved March 9, 1893, for the support and maintenance of said institution for the years 1915 and 1916, the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary.

Sec. 17. Confederate soldiers' home, Higginsville.-For the "confederate soldiers' home" at Higginsville, the sum of one hundred twenty-one thousand seven hundred ($121,700.00) dollars, as follows:

For support of federal soldiers' home, St. James. -There is hereby appropriated out of the state treasury, chargeable to the federal soldiers' home fund, of the money arising from the payment into the treasury by the treasurer or other financial officer of said institution, in pursuance of the requirements of section 2 of an act entitled "An act establishing special funds for the penal and eleemosynary institutions of the state, providing for the payment of certain moneys therein, and for other purposes, approved March 9, 1893, for the support and maintenance of said institution, for the years 1915 and 1916, the sum of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary.

Sec. 20. Federal soldiers' home, St. James.-For the "federal soldiers' home" at St. James, the sum of eighty-three thousand four hundred dollars ($83,400.00), as follows:

Sec. 21. Federal soldiers' home-deficiency. For the payment of loan made to meet the emergency of repairing building. damaged by fire and lightning, as follows:

Central Missouri Trust Company (loan).

Interest on $4,619.83 at rate of 8 per cent per annum, from August 5, 1913, to date of approval by governor of this act, not to exceed...

For support school for the blind, St. Louis.-There is hereby appropriated out of the state treasury chargeable to the school for the blind fund, of the money arising from payment into the state treasury by the treasurer or other financial officer of said institution in pursuance of the requirement of section 2 of an act entitled "An act establishing special funds for the penal and eleemosynary institutions of the state, providing for the payment of certain moneys therein, and for other purposes," approved March

9th 1893, for the support and maintenance of said institution for the years 1915 and 1916, the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary.

Sec. 23. School for the blind, St. Louis.-For the "school for the blind" the sum of one hundred and six thousand nine hundred and eighteen dollars ($106,918.00), as follows:

Sec. 24. School for the blind, St. Louis-deficiency.-To meet the deficiency for the years 1913 and 1914, there is hereby appropriated to the school for the blind, the following:

For support school for the deaf, Fulton.-There is hereby appropriated out of the state treasury, chargeable to the school for the deaf fund, of the money arising from the payment. into the state treasury by the treasurer or other financial officer of said institution, in pursuance of the requirements of section 2 of an act entitled "An act establishing funds for the penal and eleemosynary institutions of the state, providing for the payment of certain moneys therein, and for other purposes," approved March 9, 1893, for the support and maintenance of said institution for the years 1915 and 1916, the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary.

Sec. 26. School for the deaf, Fulton.-For the "school for the deaf," at Fulton, the sum of two hundred forty-four thousand dollars ($244,000.00), as follows:
