I am new at yoga and at my tender age of 67, I find the book very easy to follow. There is no question the benefits of yoga for both mind and body are bountiful. The author not only knows this but has a wonderful way of "mapping" out the poses and allowing the reader to grasp the concepts. A must read for all of those who want to be present and enjoy a healthier and more satisfying life.

Susan is a masterful yoga teacher, particularly for the "baby boomer" age group. Her book is easy to understand, even for beginners. I highly recommend Yoga for the Young at Heart!!!
