The following laws, passed by the One Hundred and Thirtieth Legislature, are published in accordance with "An act for the publication of the laws," passed June 13th, 1895, and "A supplement to the act entitled 'An act relative to statutes,' approved March twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and seventyfour, which supplement was approved February 4th, 1896.
